(1) Electrophoresis:

Disadvantages:

(1) The brighter colors are easy to fade

(3) Fluorocarbon spraying

Pre-treatment process: degreasing and decontamination of aluminum → washing → caustic washing (degreasing) → washing → pickling → washing → chromizing → washing → pure washing

Spraying process: spray primer → top coat → varnish → baking (180-250 ° C) → quality inspection
